Upon payment of the fee prescribed

Upon payment of the fee prescribed under Appendix 2 and subsequent to approval by the Palau National Congress (Olbiil Era Kelulau) of this Agreement, the members of the Association shall be entitled to fish within the EEZ of Palau up to [xxx] vessel days for longline vessels for 2016 Agreement period. For the purpose of this Agreement, “vessel day” means the day when the set of longline gears were in the water (i.e. 1set = 1 vessel day). The Government may review and revise such vessel days each Agreement period. No limitation in vessel days is set for pole and line vessels.
