We're all juggling many things, and our time and attention are allocated into different "buckets," which include relationship, work/business, self-improvement, and fitness. There will be times when you focus on your physique, and other times where you coast with your training so you can focus on self-improvement or a relationship or business venture, and that's okay. I know too many people in this industry who obsess about their physique and never reach their full potential in other areas of life.
