I'm hoping that all information above can help people realized that the gender issue still exists. People should treat another more equality and respect their right. In otherwise, there can be no denying efforts to promote gender equality and empower women in the world, but we can not say whether we have achieved gender parity. I think, with their work, their capacity, women deserve more than that. Therefore, we have to respect and admit their ability and women as us should make effort to get more equal. And solving the gender inequalities, we need to change our perceptions as men need to share family responsibilities, women must be stronger, more independent. As we can see gender equality is an extremely progressive concept, we need to develop more and have a proper perspective on it. We also need to understand the role of every individual and society in respect of gender equality now.
