It was a pleasure talking to you about the potential opportunity to partner within your salon developing the Beauty Bar component.
Lily and I would like to spearhead the creation of a beauty bar within the Hiro Haraguchi Salon. The Beauty Bar would be part of the salon, taking on the same name, same team, and we would not be a "separate vendor." Thus, it would be the beauty division of Hiro Haraguchi salon.
Aside from the already offered services, The Beauty Bar will offer:
-hair extensions (tape-ins, Halo)
-lash extensions
-spray tans
-semi-permanent makeup techniques (brows, etc)
-high-end Nail services
Lily and Ellie will be pay for the initial expenses incurred for construction of the area which will include from where your office door is/the entire corner of current manicure station, and including the VIP Room.
The construction will include the creation of walls/dividers to allow space for an ongoing additional 4 providers (nail station, 2 lash chairs and VIP room). Once we get your approval, we can get a price quote and time frame for how long the construction would take, etc. We will show you all of those details.
Financial profit:
As discussed in our in person meeting, the profit will be paid on a 50/50 split between Hiro Haraguchi and Beaute a Porter after commission has been paid to the provider, and all other expenses are accounted for. Profit shares of 50/50 will not commence until the total expenses for development has been paid back to Beaute a Porter in full. After construction costs have been reimbursed from the beauty bar business, then we will start 50/50 split.
All customer payments will go through your front desk. All appointment bookings will go through your front desk. All payroll will be issued by your salon. We will receive a check for 50% of profits issued by your salon to our company, on an agreed upon time schedule (weekly/bi-weekly) etc.
Accountant:
As discussed in our in person meeting, Mrs. Yoko Haraguchi has been proposed as the accountant/book keeper for this said business. Included in the profit of The Beauty Bar at Hiro Haraguchi is the salary amount of $25/hour to Mrs. Yoko Haraguchi with your approval.
Front Desk Staff:
As discussed in our in person meeting, Hiro Haraguchi salon will employ 3 front desk staff. Two of which will be fully committed to the responsibility of the current services offered at the HiroHaraguchi salon. The third staff member will suffice the tasks of Hiro Haraguchi salon as well as the Beauty Bar at Hiro Haraguchi. The salary payment of this staff member will be a split cost incurred to Beaute a Porter and Hiro Haraguchi salon. Beaute a Porter has proposed to conduct a staff training session to teach staff member the guidelines for luxury service as well as upholding concierge relations. This staff training can be conducted during pre-opening hours or after salon is closed, and will take 1-2 hours just so we can explain all the services offered and ensure a seamless experience for all customers.
Commencement of Proposed Project:
As discussed in our in person meeting, the development date for the Beauty Bar at Hiro Haraguchi will be as soon as possible. As we have to allow time for construction, we would like the project to be completed and ready for business before the Thanksgiving holiday.
Marketing:
Beaute a Porter will cover all marketing costs and PR attached to the Beauty Bar at Hiro Haraguchi salon. We can also assist in adding a simple online booking system on your current website so clients can book online for the Beauty Bar. We can work with your web designer to add the services, etc.
Let me know your thoughts and if there is anything I can provide further clarification for. As soon as the project is approved, we will begin creation of Marketing tools in order to add and begin promotion on the Hiro Haraguchi website.
