Leon,I have reviewed the information about this item 281764998008 you have provided and even read between you and the seller's conversation with this.I could see that the item now is showing shipped on your eBay account,however it's not showing that the seller has provided the trcking number or details yet.It is pretty much visible on my end as well that the estimated delivery date of the item will be on/or in between Wed, Sep 09 - Mon, Sep 14 and you now what?I don't want you to worry anything about the information that you're seeing right now.As promised by the seller on your messages that he shipped already the item and he forgot to upload the tracking details.You are always covered by the way with your Money Back Guarantee here on eBay,so any problems in the future,you can expect us to be there for you.I also appreciate when you asked your seller about the tracking number/details,but this time allow your seller to have some time so he can upload it for you okay?I'm confident that seller has built good reputation here on eBay so you won't be having any problems with him.All you have to do for now is wait until your seller uploads the tracking detail and I'm confident you'll be recieving your item on the specific estimated delivery date.But so you know as well for future reference if ever you didn't recieve your item,here's how you go about it.
If you haven’t received your item, follow these steps.
Check the status of your order by viewing the item in question under your Purchase history.
Under More actions, select I didn't receive my item.You can choose this as soon as the estimated delivery date has passed or 7 days after payment if the seller didn't give a date.
On the next page, select I want a refund or I want the item. If you wish, you can also include a message to your seller.
Click Send request.
After you've opened the request, the seller has 3 business days to respond. A response could include any of the following:
Tracking information for your shipment
A message
A full refund
An offer to send a replacement item
If you're satisfied with the seller's resolution, you can close the request through the Resolution Center:

If after 3 business days the seller hasn't replied or you have not been able to resolve the issue, you can ask eBay to step in.
In the Purchase history section of My eBay, find the item you have not received.
Click the See request details button (this might be under the link for More actions).
Choose the option that says Ask us to step in and help, then click Continue.
Select your reason for asking eBay to step in, and add any details that we might need to know when reviewing your case.
Click Ask us to step in.
We will then review the case and decide on the best outcome within 48 hours
