I have received the items from you on Oct, 15.
I ordered 10 of your product. Five red and blue.
However, upon examination, I discovered that six of them were damaged.
Please see the attached photos.
Right button is broken.
They do not operate.
Your items are very bad state.
So I do not need anymore your items.
Please be refund.
If refund is not made, I must regrettably proceed to escalate the appeal to a claim.
Please proceed as soon as possible.
