私の宅地は道とつながっていないから他人の土地を通してもらっている。今のままでは土地使用証明書も発行してもらえないし、だから銀行にもお金を借りることができない。この土地を売れるのは身内だけだ。通してもらっている道の部分を売ってもらわなければならない。
