Looks can be deceiving at Solhaus Tower. I've lived here for about 6 months and can't wait to get out. Beware of the sales pitch when you come to visit...it's not really like the way they sell it. For how much rent is, I expected more.
The lease - be really careful because it wasn't as our sales person told us it would be. We had to go back and forth a number of times because of mistakes and surprises that we didn't know about before signing.
The apartment - it looks nice but you can tell they went fast and cheap on it. Everything looks like it's from IKEA and the general quality of the construction isn't great. They have granite counter tops and wood floors, but they are the cheapest you can get and were poorly installed. Of all the apartments I've lived in, this one must have the thinnest walls because you can hear all your neighbors bathrooms, footsteps, and dogs.
