Let me explain that porpose of the customer satisfaction survey is quality objectives to achieve perfect quality.
As I had explained reason before , I think that the contents of the CS survey form may change it partially by each customer.
The basic contents is the same for all , but a customer is not same. An evaluation objects of the customer are different each.
Also, I think that the question can change it for each customer, A question have rather need to be changed.
If NPS and NPT are not acceptable , In some cases ,They should revise ISO management system,
We do not work for ISO and customer satisfaction survey , We are using it as a tool for all business.
For example one question, Why is score range from 1 to 5? If we have to use the same form , I think that there is a separate reason in that.
