私の宅地は道に接していないから人の土地を通してもらっている。今のままでは土地使用証明書も発行してもらえないし、だから銀行にもお金を借りることができない。この土地を売れるのは身内だけだ。通してもらっている道の部分を売ってもらわなければならない。
