The Company (or you) may terminate

The Company (or you) may terminate this appointment by giving 30 days notice in writing.

paying the equivalent of the total fixed cost amount in lieu thereof.

The Company reserves the right to terminate your service without any compensation or notice.
If you are found to be in moral breach of your responsibilities, or following a code of conduct, not in line with the Company guidelines and values, or otherwise if you are in contravention of the terms of this agreement.
