今回の件は、ランナーシャフトと補強用リブとの溶接部が摩耗したことで、溶接部の強度が低下した。
そのため溶接部の応力が集中する箇所にクラックが発生し、最終的に折損した。

This incident is a worn weld runner shaft with reinforced ribs, decreased strength of the weld.Therefore and cause cracks at weld stress concentration and was broken in the end.

This matter, that the weld between the reinforcement ribs and runners shaft is worn, the strength of the welded portion is lowered.
Therefore cracks are generated at a location where the stress of the weld is concentrated, was finally broken.
