I am having trouble getting the meaning.
If you need to check, you have to just limit it to the bearing loads or just do a complete design check again using the applied loads.
The design was based on the ultimate loadings and checked for ultimate capacities of the section. Depending on codes, these could be a design for reinforcement content or a capacity checks by trial and error assuming a certain reinforcement content. Then a service state check is carried out for crack widths limitations or steel stress limitations only. Therefore there is no service section capacity. This is the rationale of limit state designs philosophy.
Alternatively, you could reduce the ultimate design capacities to get a working capacity by dividing by a factor. Codes do not give this factor so you would need to base this on your experience and understanding.
If you want us to check these are additional work.
