There are some things we need to informed about tencel project , because it affects us in the development of applications in batik tencel not as we expected, such as

1. In the existing market there is almost the same kind of fabric is also of tencel.dan we have to compete with an existing product. By the time we deal with the product is finished , we informs that there are defects on it ( hole etc) at the tencel product ( even the discount price is the solutions but it make us going slower into the batik market and lost a little bit momentum in selling the tencel )

2. In previous emails we inform by our customer that tencel has absorbance problems untill last productions we still faced it until today. This is contrary to our campaign that absorption tencel fabric better than cotton ( even until now we still do discussions with the Lenzing about it )

3. So we have to reschedule delivery of Januari 2014, and waiting the result of Lenzing assistance. And hopely there is good solutions for the problems and make our customers satisfied about tencel.


We need to be sure that all of it can be clear enough, and then we can go on develop it in batik.
